Ghassan Noayhed, Architect -Principal
Mr. Noayhed has nearly 22 years of experience in his field. He left Beirut in 1977 for Brussels where he lived and studied architecture for five years. He moved then to the US , and pursued his higher studies at Tulane University, New Orleans and at Pratt Institute, New York . He lived for fourteen years in New York City where he established his architectural profession. Through his private practice, full time positions and affiliation with large international architectural firms, such Skidmore, Owings & Merrill; Swanke , Hayden & Connel , Architects; Silver & Ziskind /STV, Mr. Noayhed has worked and supervised a wide variety of projects from design concept through construction. He acquired a broad base of experience in residential, corporate interiors, commercial, civic buildings, banks, hotels, restorations, airports and large development planning projects. Mr. Noayhed is broadly qualified to practice with substantial skills and experiences in managing a wide variety of roles and settings within the architectural profession and building enterprise.

He joined Dar Al- Handasah Consultants (Shair and Partners) in 1988 as Senior Architect / Project Manager. He was responsible for the architectural design, management and follow-up supervision of construction for a variety of large civic projects in the Middle East area. In 2006 he and his wife established Signum Collective Architecture in Beirut, Lebanon, and in 2007 expanded operations to New York city by opening Signum Design Consultants, Inc.

Ghada Noayhed, Interior Architect- Principal
Mrs. Ghada Noayhed has nearly 16 years of experience in the interior architecture & furnishing design field. She left Beirut in 1990 for New York City where she lived and worked for 9 years, holding a full time project manager position as interior architect & furniture design for high end renowned design firms such as Pace and Calvin Klein, Inc. Mrs. Noayhed has also worked and supervised a wide variety of Interior projects from design concept through construction, acquiring a broad base of experience in residential, commercial, corporate interiors, space planning and facilities management. Mrs. Noayhed moved back to Beirut in 1999 pursuing her career, establishing an interior architectural profession and working on a variety of high end, hospitalities and residential projects in Lebanon, Kuwait & Qatar. She held as well a part time teaching position at the Lebanese American University in Beirut , and pursued her higher studies in Landscape & Environmental design at the Lebanese University . In 2007 Mrs. Noayhed joined for two years BBG-BBGM in NYC as full time project manager position working on high- end hospitality ,luxury hi-rise condo/hotel projects in the US & Middle East.
